Russell Brand and Katy Perry Published Divorce

Russell Brand announces has filed for divorce with U.S. singer Katy Perry after married for 14 months. The couple first met in 2008 and later married in October 2010 in a tourist area in breeding tigers, India.

Comedy actor filed suit for divorce in Los Angeles Superior Court, citing irreconcilable differences as the reason for divorce. In a statement, the 36-year-old British actor said:''Sadly, Katy and I have to end the marriage. I will always admire her and I know we'll still be friends.''

The announcement was at once a justification for a number of speculations that circulated in the media-related breakdown of their relationship. The couple reportedly celebrated Christmas separately. Brand image is recorded in Cornwall, while Perry looks to spend time with friends in Hawaii, and both are seen not wearing a wedding ring.

While Katy Perry has singles that became number one in the U.S. and won various awards throughout the year. Perry also busy with the tour schedule in 2012. While appearing on "Saturday Night Live" on December 10, she gave no indication that the couple is in trouble.
